Episode 59 - Thomas Penfield Jackson on Dead Horses

Judge Jackson tried one of the most famous cases in modern US history, that of US v. Microsoft.  Not wanting this anti-trust case to drag on indefinitely as so many had in the past, Judge Jackson sought to keep the courtroom moving and regularly reminded the participants of that goal, in clever ways.  This quote was meant to be one of those reminders.  We can use it to keep ourselves moving, as well!
